Probably one of the easiest things you will ever make…
We like to have this sauce inside our crepes.
It’s not super sweet, but pairs perfectly with the sweetness of your fresh fruit.
Equal parts of sour cream and cream cheese. I usually use about 1/2 cup of each. Beat them together until smooth. Add about 1 Tbs of powder sugar and taste test for sweetness. You can make this sweeter if you want, by adding more powder sugar, but I think you’ll find it is better not too sweet. Spread about 1 Tbs of sauce on inside of crepe, top with fruit.
