Guest Post #1 at 365 Days of Baking

June 11, 2015 by Leia

Hey friends!  I have some exciting news!  As of today, I am officially the newest contributor for 365 Days of Baking!  Yay!  (Was that enough exclamation points for you?)

Lynne is the author and baker behind 365 Days of Baking.  I met her at a blog conference in February, and I am so glad I did.  She has been such an inspiration, role model, and mentor for me.  I just love her.  🙂

Anywho, I am excited to be sharing one of my family’s favorite dessert recipes today.  So go over and check it out!  Be sure to tell Lynne I sent you!  😉

I love this cake, it is so delicious and simple! I’ve been asked for the recipe several times myself! A can of fruit cocktail with the juice can be substituted for the pineapple too and it’s just as good! Great job Leia!

Thanks, Casey! I’ve never tried the fruit cocktail. Sounds good!

Hello there!

Hi there! My name is Leia. I love to eat. Good thing I also love to cook and bake. ;)
I think food can bring people together. I value family dinners and sharing good conversations over a slice of pie or some saucy nachos. Food makes people happy, and I want to help with that. Let's dig deeper →
