Week 4 meal plan

Day 1:  Chicken Club Tacos Feel free to lose the tortilla here, if that doesn’t fit your diet.

Day 3:  Southwestern Stuffed Sweet Potatoes  from Seeded At The Table

Day 4:  Picnic Basket Chicken   I would opt for the lighter version here.
