Healthier Menu Plan: Week 5

So, life gets crazy sometimes, and my family is getting ready for a big move in TWO WEEKS!!  Aghh!  I am so excited!  Anyway, even with all the packing and cleaning, etc., I am still so excited each time I get to share some recipes with you.  So THANK YOU for stopping by!  I hope you find something here that makes your mouth water.  😉

I am featuring two recipes from other bloggers this week.  So be sure to check them out as well.

 

Day 1:  Cowboy Caviar  Serve this on a bed of lettuce or spoon onto grilled chicken to make a meal.

Day 2:  Cilantro-Lime Marinated Flank Steak also from This Silly Girls Life

 

Day 3:  Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad from Dessert for Two

 

Day 4:  Bruschetta  You could serve a light pasta on the side of this, or even some grilled chicken.

Day 5:  Rustic Mushroom and Garlic Sauce over Pasta   Use milk instead of cream here, for a lighter version of this delicious sauce.  Serve with some steamed veggies or salad.
