How is everyone doing with their resolutions? Anyone still going?
I am still trucking along. It’s definitely not easy, but I’m seeing a little progress! Go me!

This weeks meals.
Day 1: Taco Salad You can use a low calorie dressing here, and skip on the Doritos if you want.
Day 2: Chicken and White Bean Stuffed Peppers from Skinny Taste
Day 3: Grilled Pesto Shrimp Skewers also from Skinny Taste
Day 4: Crispy Salsa Chicken
Day 5: Creamy Vegetable Risotto with Bacon You can omit the cream here or substitute broth for it. Also, the bacon does provide great flavor, but the dish is great without it, too.
Days 6 & 7: left overs and a freebie- have a date night, or something fun!
